AIT Signs Agreement to Distribute Visionix Instruments

AIT Industries, headquartered in Bensenville, Illinois, is now a distributor of Visionix Instruments, designed and manufactured in Israel. Formal launch of the products took place at the Vision Expo West.

The VX55 Digital Refraction System features a sound ergonomic design, efficient refraction management, intuitive touch-screen interface, easy control of the vision tester directly from a Samsung® Galaxy tablet with easy upgrades through the Google Play Store, and the ability to integrate with a variety of devices and EMR. The VX55 was designed specifically to advance the technology and efficiency in your practice without having to re-learn refraction on a different device typical of modern digital refractors at an affordable price point.

The L79 Multi-Diagnostic Unit combines the functions of an autorefractor, a keratometer, and a corneal topographer into a single device. Its multiple functions provide versatility and convenience in a smaller footprint. The L79 has a high resolution Shack-Hartmann sensor that offers unparalleled accuracy with 1500 measuring points. These features, combined, help make the testing procedure easier for both the doctor and the patient.

The VX40(Formerly Wavelens Pro) is a next generation autolensmeter based on Visionix wave front technology using a 1350 point Shack-Hartmann sensor. With push of a button you will have detailed analysis of the frame. The VX40 can detect and analyze single vision, bifocals, and progressive lenses while being compatible with all lens technologies and brands.
