The VX120 Multi-Diagnostic Unit combines the functions of an autorefractor, a keratometer, a corneal topographer, an aberrometer, a pachymeter, and a non-contact tonometer with anterior chamber analysis into one of the most advanced and space saving instruments in your practice.

Its multiple functions provide versatility and convenience in a smaller footprint while refusing to compromise on the resolution and accuracy of the measurements. These features combined help make the testing procedure easier for both the doctor and the patient.

Key Features:Visionix VX120 Autorefractor / Keratometer / Corneal Topographer / Aberrometer / Pachymeter with Anterior Chamber Analysis

  • Shack-Hartmann mapping method
  • Topographer up to 100000 points
  • High density aberrometry up to 1500 points
  • Measures pupils as small as 2mm
  • Autotracking
  • Autofocusing
  • Automeasurement
  • Automatic right / left eye movement
  • Based on Wavefront technology
  • Global view of refraction aberrations EMR and VX55 digital refraction compatibility
  • Retro-illumination - spot aberrations in the IOL and cornea scratches easily
  • 10.4" Color Touchscreen interface

The Shack-Hartmann sensor analyzes distortions of a wavefront at the pupil exit after crossing optics. With over 1500 measurement points this allows a global view of eye refraction aberrations and allows measurement of small pupil diameters as small as 2mm

Using infrared retro-illumination, the VX120 provides a detailed view of the eye which is helpful for identifying cataracts, vitreous opacity, scars, and other serious eye problems.

The VX120 is completely automated, requiring no input from the operator after the measurement process begins, the unit will align, track, focus, and automatically take the measurement with high accuracy and reliability. With its time-saving operation and accuracy, the VX120 will put your practice on the fast track to success.

By combining an Autorefractor, Keratometer, Corneal Topographer, Aberrometer, Pachymeter, and Non-Contact Tonometer and Anterior Chamber Analysis into one unit, you save on cost, space, and increase your efficiency in your practice making this instrument an easy purchase.

The VX120 has an integrated printer and when data transfer is required you may transfer data to a PC or most automatic phoropters via a universal communication system.

The VX120 has a 10.4" Color LCD Touchscreen making it one of the largest in its class. The touch interface makes it easy to learn and fast to use.

"You haven't experienced the best until you've tried the Visionix VX 120"

"You haven't experienced the best until you've tried the Visionix VX 120. At Beverly Hills Optometry, we are proud to offer this state-of-the-art technology to our patients who seek premier eye care. The Visionix VX 120 performs multiple diagnostic tests then presents the results with a beautiful display that provides a powerful teaching tool and visual for patient education. What a great device to showcase the merger between eye care and tech."

"I have never been as thoroughly impressed with a new instrument has I have been with the Visionix 120"

"I have been in private practice for 35 years, been on staff at the Kansas City School of Osteopathic Medicine, completed my Optometric Residency at the VA Medical Center in Kansas City and have seen a lot of new ideas and technologies come and go. But I have never been as thoroughly impressed with a new instrument has I have been with the Visionix 120 (the first all-in-one device for refraction, keratometry, aberrometry, topography, pupillometry, tonometry and anterior chamber analysis.) This instrument has been the perfect choice for blending my private practice into today’s current healthcare model system. This instrument gives the practitioner so much information in just a few moments and also supplies both a printout and a download to networked computers (for patient sharing and communication) with very accurate results. With the visual acuity simulations, demonstrations can be shown to parents how their children are seeing with and without appropriate corrections in addition to showing patients how their cataracts appear. With the advanced wavefront aberrometry on aspheric soft contacts (for better bifocal fittings), this instrument has repeatedly demonstrated its ease of use, speed and accuracy. The Visionix 120 has also been studied and analyzed for proper CPT coding to maximize its financial benefits to offices from a strong managerial perspective as well."

"My patients automatically become engaged during the eye examination when we review the data collected"

"Our optometric clinic has been using the VX120 for the past four months. The main reason we invested in this technology was to help us with the refraction component of the eye exam. The VX120 measures both the lower and higher order aberrations of the refraction of the eye. This feature allows us to explain and demonstrate to patients why they might have optical issues with their current refraction. However, the fact that we can collect a huge amount of diagnostic data in minutes should have been my main reason for getting the VX120. My patients automatically become engaged during the eye examination when we review the data collected (topography, pupillometry, anterior chamber analysis, pachymetry, cataract screening......)."

-Dr Daniel Bédard

"Patients are extremely impressed when we can pull images and show them exactly what is going on with their eyes"

"The VX 120 has been a terrific asset to my practice. It is extremely easy to use and provides an incredible amount of data. In addition to the wealth of information we obtain from the device, I really appreciate the small footprint. Patients are extremely impressed when we can pull images and show them exactly what is going on with their eyes. This instrument has truly elevated the care we provide to our patients. And finally, our customer support has been top notch."
