Intelliblocker Semi-Automatic Blocker and Scanner

Intelliblocker Automatic Blocker and Scanner
The Intelliblocker is one of the most versatile blockers in AIT has to offer. The Intelliblocker was developed to work with the Continuum Solo and Continuum Satellite Tracer. Using the Intelliblocker in this configuration, a user can take advantage of an industry first; wireless communication to feed multiple edgers. In addition to this capability, the Intelliblocker can work with virtually every AIT tracer and edger to help meet the needs of the client. As a VCA compliant blocker, the Intelliblocker can act as a server receiving traces from other VCA compliant tracers and can provide shapes to VCA compliant edgers. The Intelliblocker also offers a camera demo lens tracing feature that makes the tracing of rimless eyewear easier and more accurate.

  • Camera blocker that provides easy setup and alignment of all types of lenses
  • Ability to program all job parameters including edger selections to improve lab efficiency
  • Demo lens trace function that utilizes the integrated camera for superior shape reproduction
  • VCA Compliant blocker:
    • Can function as a lab server and accept traces from other manufacturer tracers as well as AIT’s Trace III and S-Tracer
    • Can function as a blocking device in a lab setting working with VCA compliant lab management software products
  • Industry first wireless communication to network multiple Continuum Solo Edgers
  • 50 job memory for active jobs and 150 for permanent shape memory
