AIT'S Optimax 405 Bevel Edger is a high-production edger equiped with all-material diamond wheels designed to edge glass, plastic, polycarbonate, and other hard resin lenses. Average cycle time is one minute.

Controlled by a Motorola microprocessor chip that allows AIT to program very flexible and optimized cycles for edging lens materials
Equipped with a reset command which allows the operator to abort the cycle on command
Electric lens chucking system, reducing operator fatigue from a manual chucking system
Built-in memory combined with an electromagnetic brake allows for immediate re-edging, reducing lens spoilage
Patternless-ready capability to integrate with our Delta-Scan�® System assures that your investment can keep pace with improvements in edger and computer technologies
