AIT Commerce Shipping Policy

AIT Industries is committed to delivering your orders on time. All orders are usually processed within one business day. Any orders placed on weekends or holidays will usually ship the next business day. We provide you with a tracking number via e-mail so that you can check your order shipment status online at any time.

We offer ground shipping, second day, or overnight delivery in the United States via common carrier and freight service such as UPS or DHL. You can select your shipping method during checkout. As long as the products are in stock and the order is placed before 1:00 pm we can have your order shipped the same day.

To ensure prompt delivery, please provide a physical shipping address. We do not ship to Post Office Boxes. Also, orders shipped to an address other than the billing address may delay the process up to 24 hours and may require additional information before shipping. We reserve the right to refuse any orders should we suspect wrongful activity such as credit card fraud or identity theft.

We want you to have a great shopping experience with us, and we make it a priority to inspect and ensure that products shipped to you are in great condition and securely packaged to endure any bumps during transit. All shipping fees include insurance. Should there be loss or damage to orders that occur during transit, we will do our best to help you make a claim, but we do not refund shipping charges.


Should there be any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us to return for exchange or refund of your order. We can only accept unopened products within 14 days of receipt. We charge a 25% restocking fee for opened-box returns.

To return your order, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from us over the phone or by email within 14 days of receiving your order. Once you have obtained the RMA number, please print out the form and include it with your return shipment and write the RMA number on any two sides of the shipping box. Once we receive your returned item(s), we must inspect its condition before finishing the return process. This process can take up to 15 days from the day we receive your return shipment. We cannot process any return shipments we receive that do not have RMA numbers included.

If we made a mistake and sent you the wrong items, please contact us immediately. We will send you a prepaid return label and replace your item with the correct one at no additional charge after we receive your returned merchandise.
